Join us for this rare opportunity for an in-depth look at Outcomes Funding with Bob Penna , formerly of the Rensselaerville Institute, and co-author of Outcome Frameworks: An Overview for Practitioners. Bob is an expert in determining how foundations and nonprofits can measure the impact of their work.
The programs are specifically designed for grantmakers to attend with their grantees. Each session is limited to 20 participants.
Morning Session (8:30 am -12:00 pm) Outcomes 101: Introduction to Outcomes Thinking- Outcome basics and overview of tools. What it is, where it fits, and how it differs from other measurement approaches.
Afternoon Session (1:00 pm –4:30 pm) Outcomes 201: Using Outcomes Thinking-
Hands on practice: working with the tools; exploring capacity building assessment; reporting on results and telling the story.
